Graduate Jobs To Rise By Over 16 Percent

Good news for Graduates as it has been revealed that Graduate Jobs Vacancies are expected to rise by around 16.4%

The survey was conducted by the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) and revealed more good news.  They also found that salaries are expected to grow by an average of around 2.1%, raising the median to £24,000.

The survey also revealed some more intriguing news, with around 67% of the recruiters that took part foreseeing challenges in filling their vacancies.  The recruiters are looking for highly skilled candidates with the relevant experience, some feel that they will need to act quickly to fill their Graduate Vacancies.

Amongst the above and other factor, around one quarter of the recruiters claimed they now actively market their Graduate Jobs overseas, in order to recruit the best talent that is available to them.
