Graduate jobs and Graduate vacancies climb google rankings
After several months in google oblivion, ukgraduatecareers.net has ventured out of the 'sandbox' and onto google's listings. Although the team are relieved it's 'arrived' they're not getting too excited yet with phrases such as graduate jobs and graduate vacancies creeping into the top ten pages.
So far the campaign covers around 5 core key phrases. Possibly the biggest hitters will be graduate jobs and graduate vacancies currently listing at 125 and 42 respectively. Other phrases have also appeared, graduate recruitment is currently appearing at 215 and graduate careers at 56.
Since appearing a week or so ago, the phrases have catapulted up and down the rankings and have yet to settle, making it difficult to predict forwards to a time where front page positions will be achieved. Although, at this stage the team are aiming to gain front page positions in what promises to be a huge recruitment sector before the end of the year.
The career development library is growing at an impressive rate with over 20 articles written across a variety of topics from interview tips through to how to dress for an interview.
As the site becomes more commercial, recruiters are invited to supply further articles for the benefit of candidates, but also to draw increased attention to their own profile on the site. This is a model which has proven very successful on the older ukcareers sites, pharmacareers.co.uk and recruitmentcareers.co.uk.
